Changes to HomeChoice Bristol
We recently contacted you about changes to the HomeChoice Bristol service as we update some of our digital systems.
Unfortunately, we have had to delay the launch of our new website until the new year.
This is because we need more time to make sure our new system works the way we need it to. We’re really sorry about this delay.
You can access your account on HomeChoice through the existing website www.homechoicebristol.co.uk on Monday 8 December. The next round of bidding will open as planned on Tuesday 9 December.
We will let you know as soon as we have a new date to launch the new website.
Make sure that your contact details are up to date on your HomeChoice account so that we can get in touch with you www.homechoicebristol.co.uk
Assessment Times
We start assessing new applications, or reassessing changes made to existing applications, within 6 weeks of the application being made or updated. Currently we are starting the assessment process much earlier than the 6 week service standard. However, it can take longer for a decision and band award to be made on the application, depending upon circumstances of the application or if further information needs to be obtained.
It is likely to take far longer than this for you to be rehoused via HomeChoice Bristol, even if your application is awarded a high level of priority.
