The properties at Imperial Apartments are private rented  tenancies, with a Private landlord. This is a new development offering a range of apartments. All properties are being let at  Local Housing Allowance rent or just below.

We are pleased to advertise a number of Studio and Two bedroom apartments to Homechoice applicants. For this our first advertisement  we have 10  studio apartments  and 10  Two bedroom apartments.  This is an opportunity to bid for a Private rented letting at a very affordable rent. Bids are welcome from all HCB Bands. Preference will be given and bids are encouraged from Homechoice applicants in the following post code areas BS13 and BS 14.  
Please note that the Two bedroom properties are only suitable and available for one adult and one child below the age of 5 years of age.

Any applicant shortlisted  for an Imperial Apartment property will need to complete a pre tenancy assessment and affordability check, before an offer of accommodation can be made. Deposit will be required.
