Upcoming changes to HomeChoice Bristol
We’re making some changes to the digital systems we use for HomeChoice Bristol. We’re switching to a new system that will help us and our housing partners provide a better service.
While we switch to the new system there will be some disruption and changes to the HomeChoice service.
From Tuesday 6 January until Tuesday 20 January there will be no properties advertised on HomeChoice.

Assessment Times
We start assessing new applications, or reassessing changes made to existing applications, within 6 weeks of the application being made or updated. Currently we are starting the assessment process much earlier than the 6 week service standard. However, it can take longer for a decision and band award to be made on the application, depending upon circumstances of the application or if further information needs to be obtained.
It is likely to take far longer than this for you to be rehoused via HomeChoice Bristol, even if your application is awarded a high level of priority.
