Bristol City CouncilBristol City Council is the largest provider of social housing in the city at present, owning and managing 28,500 homes across Bristol. Most of the properties are general needs housing and there are also a large number of sites designated for elderly or mature tenants. These sites are comfortable and secure, and access to support from a Housing Support Advisor may also be provided. The accommodation ranges from houses to flats, with a high proportion of lettings being made specifically of multi storey or walk-up flats of various sizes. Multi storey flats have laundry facilities and a caretaking service, walk-up flats may also have these benefits. |
