Bristol City CouncilBristol City Council is the largest provider of social housing in the city at present owning and managing 29,000 homes across Bristol. Most of the properties are general needs housing and there are also a large number of sites designated for elderly or mature tenants . These sites are comfortable and secure, access to support from a Housing Support Advisor may also be provided. The accommodation ranges from houses to flats with a high proportion of lettings being made specifically of multi storey or walk-up flats of various sizes. Multi- storey flats have laundry facilities and a caretaking service, walk up flats may also have these benefits. |
