With so many more applicants than vacancies, those in lower bands are unlikely to get an offer of accommodation.
The HomeChoice Bristol Housing Allocation Scheme changed on 5th May. The new policy makes some changes to how applications are prioritised and introduces a qualification critieria which applicants must meet to be allowed onto HomeChoice Bristol. Some of the qualification reasons are listed below:
